For this year, please place your standard shipping orders by 12pm (AEST) on the 17th of December to ensure timely delivery. If you reside in WA, please place your standard shipping orders by 12pm (AEST) on the 16th of December.

To ensure prompt delivery, please place your express shipping orders by 11:59pm (AEST) on the 19th of December.

Ensure you collect your 'Reserve In-Store' items by 2pm (AEST) on the 24th of December.

For eligible purchases made between 28 October 2024 and 25 December 2024, we offer extended returns. You can return gifts up until the 26 January 2025. This is subject to the usual terms of our Change of Mind policy.
