Free Engraving for Brilliance Members
3 Engraving services are complimentary for Michael Hill Brilliance members with purchase of an engravable product. This service is available online only for home delivery (not available for Reserve in Store or Click and Collect). Please allow an additional 3 to 4 days on top of our regular delivery timeframes, for your piece to be engraved and shipped to you.
Your engraved text will appear exactly as entered online, so please ensure your message is correct.

Holiday Period - Extended returns
For purchases made between 27 October and 24 December 2025, we offer extended returns. You can return or exchange gifts up until 25 January 2026. This is subject to the usual terms of our Change of Mind policy.
