ANNA ROBARDS FOR MICHAEL HILL
Q: What is your favourite thing about being a Mum?
My favourite thing about being a Mum is that I get to laugh, hug and enjoy those little special moments that are what's important in life with people that I absolutely adore. It's how I get to have two best friends who love me unconditionally every single day. It's a love that only children can give their parents and I'm lucky enough to experience it.
Q: How do you find a moment for yourself?
I think it's important to find moments even on a daily basis for yourself - a moment to reflect, breathe, even at times calm down haha! If time allows or my husband can look after the kids, I love a good massage. I also love getting out and being able to do any form of exercise but get out in nature, either do reformer, go for a walk, listen to a podcast or music, but do it on my own. And know that it's not because you want to get away from your kids, but it's because you want to be a better person when you are with your kids.
Q: How are you spending your Mother's Day?
I don't know, you'll have to ask my husband or my kids! But if I could drop a few hints - a chilled morning with lots of laughs and hugs, someone else making my coffee, maybe breakfast out with the family, and a little massage or quiet time in the afternoon. Just the right mix of family time and me time.
Q: What is on your wish list for Mother's Day?
I usually just like a little home-made card from my children. However, there is the cutest little Michael Hill watch that I've had my eye on ever since doing the shoot that I now want on my wrist. Nudge nudge, Elle and Ruby.

Q: What is your favourite thing about being a Mum?
Watching this tiny little person grow and develop right in front of my eyes—it’s pure magic and so humbling. Every day, Brydie is learning something new, and being the one to guide and nurture her through it all is the most incredible feeling.
Q: How do you find a moment for yourself?
Right now, it’s all about the little things—starting the day with a quiet coffee before Brydie wakes up, getting dressed up even if I have nowhere to go, or sneaking away for a Pilates class when I can. It’s not always easy to carve out time, but I’ve learned that even the smallest moments of self-care make such a difference.
Q: How are you spending your first Mother’s Day?
We’re starting the day with breakfast with my husband’s family, then spending a special lunch with my parents and our little family. It feels so special to celebrate with all the people who mean the most to us, and I’m just looking forward to soaking it all in—lots of love, good food, and, hopefully, a few extra cuddles (and hours of sleep) from Brydie.
Q: What is on your wishlist for Mother’s Day?
Something sentimental to mark this special milestone—maybe a piece of jewelry I can wear every day as a little reminder of this season of life. But honestly, the best gift would be time to relax and just soak in the magic of my first Mother’s Day.

Q: What is your favourite thing about being a Mum? My favourite thing about being a mum is the pure, unconditional love that comes with it. There’s nothing quite like those little cuddles, the cheeky smiles, or seeing his first steps out of the blue. Watching Jax grow, learn, and discover the world through this eyes is such a beautiful thing to witness. It makes even the toughest days feel worth it. It’s the most rewarding (and wild!) adventure I’ve ever been on Q: How do you find a moment for yourself? Finding a moment for myself as a mum often comes in the little things, like doing my morning skincare and makeup routine while he plays beside me or chats away in the mirror. It’s not always quiet or perfect, but it’s a small ritual that helps me feel like me. I also love getting out of the house with him, whether it’s a walk, grabbing a coffee, or popping into a shop, just doing things I enjoy that he can tag along for too. It’s those shared moments that fill my cup while still being present with him. Q: How are you spending your first Mother's Day? Last year was actually my very first Mother’s Day, our little boy was only six weeks old, and we were still in that dreamy newborn bubble. This year feels extra special now that he’s a bit older and more aware. We’ll be spending the day as a little family of three, most likely heading out for breakfast together and just soaking up that quality time. Later in the day, we’ll catch up with both my mum and Trent’s mum too. Q: What is on your wishlist for Mother's Day? I definitely have my eyes on the 4.92 Carat TW Diamond Tennis Bracelet in 10kt Yellow Gold
