All Michael Hill watches are covered by a 3-year international limited warranty.
Michael Hill is the business providing this guarantee (Australia – Michael Hill Jeweller (Australia) Pty Ltd; New Zealand - Michael Hill Jeweller Limited; Canada - Michael Hill Jeweller (Canada) Ltd.) Telephone 1800 445 590. Email [email protected]. The warranty covers all manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for 3 years from the date of purchase. Within this period, regulation, adjustments, repair or replacement of parts will be performed without charge. The warranty does not cover parts or repairs for damage caused by accidents or mistreatment as reasonably determined by Michael Hill in its assessment of the watch.
The warranty does not cover the cost of pressure testing the watch or any other additional service carried out at the same time as work performed under the warranty.

Where the watch requires repair or replacement because it is of unacceptable quality or because of major failure then:
if the cost of returning the watch to a Michael Hill store is significant because of the nature of the failure or because of the size or weight of the watch, we will collect the watch from you within a reasonable time; and
if the cost of returning the watch to our store is not significant, you are responsible for this cost. You are however entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable costs incurred because of the defect, including the cost of returning the watch to us for repair, replacement or return.
For Australian consumers: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
For New Zealand consumers: In addition to this guarantee, New Zealand consumers have rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (‘CGA’). Where goods are not of acceptable quality, or do not comply with any of the other guarantees set out under the CGA, you are entitled to a remedy from Michael Hill. If the problem is minor and can be fixed, Michael Hill will repair the watch, replace it or provide you with a full refund. If the problem is substantial or cannot be fixed, you are entitled to return the product and ask for a replacement or a refund, or claim compensation for the difference in value.
For Canadian consumers: This guarantee gives you specific rights, and you may have other rights that vary from province to province under applicable consumer protection law. Nothing in this warranty limits your rights as a consumer under applicable law. If upon inspecting the watch is deemed to be defective or not of merchantable quality, Michael Hill will repair or replace it for you, or may offer you a refund.
