Orders placed on or before the 12th February will be available for Click & Collect to ensure pickup before Valentine's Day 2022.

Delivery Cut-offs

For orders placed with express shipping before 11:59 pm (AEST) Wednesday 9th February 2022 and orders placed with standard shipping before 11:59 pm (AEST) Monday 7th February 2022, every effort will be made to ensure delivery on or before Valentine's Day 2022.

Australia Post

Australia Post is working hard to deliver orders as safely and quickly as possible during this time. This is an especially busy period, deliveries might take slightly longer than usual. Please order your gifts as early as convenient, to help ensure delivery by Valentine's Day.

Delivery FAQs

  • Can I have a gift delivered straight to the recipient?

    Yes, please enter the recipient’s address in the Delivery Address step and their gift will be sent to them directly. We do not include a printed invoice with their gift – this will be sent to your provided email address.

  • How much does shipping cost?

    Standard shipping is free on all orders of $70 or more. Express shipping is available for a flat fee of $14.90.

  • What if I need to return a gift?

    We want to inspire and delight you with your jewellery purchase, so if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to meeting the requirements of our refund policy.
