So HAPPY
This ring is incredible. I've had it for over a month. My partner and I picked out together. I was worried about the previous reviews, I got scared but then thought about it people only review when extremely happy or disappointed. So far I've had no issues and I got the care plan just incase. Everyone compliments the ring. It's so pretty and it fits my personality. Extremely disappointed
My husband purchased this ring for our anniversary. I had it two weeks and the middle diamond fell out. MH staff were sorry and said that they would send it away to get the diamond replaced. After two weeks of no news I rang and they said the manufacturer was having trouble finding a replacement, so I asked for a new ring, which they agreed to. So after a month I received my second ring. Within three weeks the big diamond also fell out and I was devastated. The manager at MH said sorry but didn't know what else to say, I just wanted my money back which she agreed to straight away. I feel that as someone else also lost their big stone, it makes me wonder why this ring is still be advertised for sale. I have never found the two diamonds.
