Chain broke after a week
My bf got it for me for Christmas and the chain broke legit after a week. not impressed. luckily he got the warranty so hopefully they’ll fix it.

My boyfriend got this necklace for me on my birthday, and two day after it broke when I was putting my hair up! TWO DAYS!

Broken in 1 month
I purchased two of these necklaces for my bridesmaids. I gave them on my wedding day, 13 Oct 2018. A few weeks later my maid of honour told me the chain of hers had broken. Today, 21 Nov 2018, my bridesmaid said the same thing happened. My bridesmaid said she had so been extra careful after she heard about my maid of honour’s breaking. Absolutely appalled! It is one thing having one break - it happens. But having both break in such a short period of times just shows how poor the quality is. It is unfortunate as they are beautiful necklaces. Do not buy unless you can buy the pendant on it’s own with a sturdy chain that isn’t from Michael Hill.
