Our customers are at the centre of everything we do, so your input is valuable to us to make sure we’re providing the best possible experience.

What does the Customer Reference Group involve?

If you sign up, we may email you invitations to participate in different activities every couple of months. Participation in each activity is completely optional and they might include:

Step1

Self-guided: take a short survey (approx. 10 minutes) or test out new designs/ concepts.

Step2

Test new designs and concepts in collaborative activities facilitated by our team members.

What will I get in return?

As a way of saying thanks for your valuable input, we’ll be offering rewards from time to time for participating in activities.
